SKYBORN had a growing catalogue of 100+ glassware and kitchen products on Amazon but was struggling with weak listing visibility, inconsistent product content, and underperforming ad campaigns. The brand needed someone to take full ownership of their Amazon presence and turn it into a reliable sales channel.
Solution
I took complete ownership of SKYBORN Amazon account from the ground up. I audited and optimized all 100+ product listings with enhanced A+ content, strategic keyword research, and high quality product photography direction. I rebuilt their pricing strategy to stay competitive while protecting margins, ran and managed Amazon Sponsored Ads campaigns across Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and Display formats, and handled all claims and returns to maintain strong account health.
