In addition to supporting daily store operations across Deli, Meat, and Produce departments, I managed the store's social media account creating engaging content, analyzing performance metrics, and supporting local marketing promotions to drive in-store traffic, while also handling inventory management and product ordering using SAP.
I built and optimized Meta advertising funnels and retargeting campaigns, developed Shopify stores and customer journeys, created automated email marketing campaigns, and collaborated with design, product, and sales teams to launch new products and promotions using analytics and performance data to continuously refine audiences, messaging, and ROI.
Trunish Pharma - 2020 to 2021
I managed Amazon Seller Central including account health, FBA, and customer communications, integrated Amazon and B2B platforms with CRM systems for order processing and reporting, built B2B pricing and lead workflows for wholesale customers, and used performance dashboards to guide inventory, pricing, and campaign decisions.
