Problem
SKYBORN relied heavily on Amazon as their primary sales channel and needed a branded direct-to-consumer website to build their own online presence, reduce platform dependency, and create a better brand experience for their customers.

Solution
I built and managed SKYBORN full Shopify store from the ground up. This included setting up product pages, collections, and store navigation, writing conversion focused product descriptions, managing product photography and pricing, and keeping inventory updated across the store. I focused heavily on optimizing the full customer journey from the moment a visitor landed on the site all the way through to checkout to reduce drop off and improve conversions. I also coordinated with the team on new product launches and seasonal promotions to keep the store fresh and engaging.

Results
SKYBORN successfully established a fully functioning direct-to-consumer sales channel through Shopify, reducing dependency on Amazon and giving the brand full control over their customer experience, pricing, and promotions. The store became an important part of their overall e-commerce strategy alongside their Amazon presence.
